New donation procedures

Hello 8b8t community,

A change has now been done to how donations will be processed and given to players.

Starting today, any players that donate and need to claim their ranks in game or on Discord are now required to send emails to [email protected] to claim their ranks.

We are NO LONGER accepting any Discord Tickets or DMs to receive your ranks.

When sending emails to claim your ranks, please make sure to include the following:

  • PayPal Transaction ID OR Screenshot of PayPal confirmation page sent to Xera.ca with the PayPal Transaction ID available
  • Email MUST be sent from the same address that is used for your PayPal account (Optional, Transaction ID works too if you use a different email address for PayPal)
  • Minecraft username(s) and Discord username(s)

Once the email has been sent to [email protected] you should receive a reply within 24 hours. If any information is wrong we will reply to your email and let you know what is needed in order to proceed giving your ranks.
