Before We Begin

8b8t is a true anarchy server with no gameplay rules, allowing players complete freedom. However, certain actions involving illegal content and real-world harm are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. While you are free to play however you choose, any violations involving illegal material, harm to minors, or real-world threats will be addressed accordingly.

Additionally, 8b8t upholds a free speech policy, meaning you can discuss anything without censorship as long as it remains legal.

Follow the Law

You must follow United States laws and the laws of your country.

Any illegal activities related to sharing illegal content, such as child pornography or harm to minors (e.g., sending links containing child pornography in chat, discussing child pornography or harm to minors in chat, creating or distributing illegal maparts that contain child pornography, including any illegal maparts in your inventory, ender chest, or private messages), will result in your access to the server being denied and reported to the authorities.

If you encounter illegal content or messages, do not engage—doing so can create further issues. Instead, report the issue directly to 8b8t administration and ignore the player using the /ignore command. Our team will investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action. Your cooperation is crucial to maintaining a safe community.

Any content violating the law found on the server must be reported directly to [email protected] or through our Support Discord with proper evidence.

Real-World Harm & Harassment

  • Doxxing, swatting, DDoSing, or threatening real-world violence against other players is strictly prohibited.
  • Harming or attempting to harm minors in any way is strictly forbidden.
  • Harassment in chat may result in chat privileges being revoked. If you engage in excessive targeted harassment against other players, your ability to chat may be temporarily or permanently removed.

Server Integrity

  • Do not attempt to lag, crash, or damage the server in any way.
  • Any DDoS attacks against 8b8t’s network may result in legal action.
  • Spamming and flooding the chat with fraudulent links or content may result in temporary chat restrictions.
  • Breaching into other player's accounts is not permitted with any compromised passwords or malware that was installed into another player's computer is strictly prohibited behavior and may result in your IP address being denied from joining the server.
  • Abusing any in game exploits is not permitted and may result in a temporary restriction when joining until it's fixed.

General Terms

  • You may have your access to the server temporarily denied.
  • You may have chat privileges temporarily or permanently revoked.
  • Donators are also expected to follow these terms. Failure to do so may result in your donor perks being removed without a refund.
  • 8b8t/Xera has the right to modify or remove donator features at any time. All donations are non-refundable.
  • Xera has the right to remove players for any reason for violating these terms of service.

Applicability of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all services operated by Xera, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right at ANY TIME to update these terms and conditions

By playing on any of these services, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in legal action against you.
