Overview

8b8t is a true anarchy Minecraft server. Players have complete freedom to act as they choose within the bounds of applicable law. There are no enforced rules against griefing, hacking, chat spam, toxicity, or other in-game behavior.

That said, illegal activity and content that causes real-world harm are strictly prohibited and will be addressed as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), credible threats of violence, swatting, and any form of exploitation.

8b8t upholds a strong free speech policy for legal expression. The absence of gameplay rules does not exempt anyone from legal consequences for illegal conduct.

Compliance with Law

You must comply with all applicable laws, including those of Canada and your country of residence. Illegal activity conducted on or through our services will not be tolerated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

8b8t has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Images, videos, text, descriptions, links, or references to child sexual exploitation in any form.
• Illegal maparts, signs, books, chat messages, inventory or ender chest contents, or any other in-game medium containing or linking to such material.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any preparatory conduct related to child exploitation.

Prohibited Actions

• Uploading, storing, linking to, sharing, discussing in detail, or possessing CSAM in any form.
• Sending links, private messages, or other content containing or referencing CSAM.
• Attempting to report suspected CSAM to staff by sharing, screenshotting, describing in detail, or re-uploading the material.
• Use of Kit Bots used to distribute kits on the server.

Reporting Suspected CSAM Do Not Contact Staff

If you encounter suspected CSAM, follow these steps:

• Do not interact with, repeatedly view, save, screenshot, share, or forward the content.
• Do not send it to 8b8t staff or post about it in any server, Discord, or Telegram channel. Doing so exposes staff to illegal material and creates legal liability.
• Report it directly to the appropriate authorities immediately.

Staff Policy on CSAM

8b8t staff and administrators will not view, investigate, analyze, store, or handle suspected CSAM under any circumstances. Any attempt to send such material to staff — via reports, messages, links, or otherwise — will result in an immediate permanent ban and may be referred directly to law enforcement without review.

This policy exists to comply with our legal obligations, protect staff, and ensure that reports reach trained investigators and authorities who are equipped to handle them.

Other Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited regardless of the server's anarchy nature:

• Sharing or linking to illegal content, including terrorism promotion or material inciting real-world violence.
• Doxxing, swatting, making credible threats of real-world violence, or harassment that crosses into illegal territory.
• Any exploitation or harm targeting minors.

Violations involving real-world harm or serious illegality may result in immediate restrictions, permanent denial of access, removal of account data, and/or reporting to authorities.

Server Integrity

You agree not to intentionally compromise the security of the server. This includes logging into accounts you do not own or exploiting bugs in ways that cause widespread disruption. Violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

User-Generated Content

All chat, maparts, builds, and other in-game content is user-generated. XERA INC./8b8t is not responsible for content created by players.

We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to act on material that violates applicable law or creates legal liability for XERA INC.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share.

Access and Account Terms

• Access to the server, chat, or any associated service may be denied temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without reason.
• Ranks and perks may be removed for violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• XERA INC. may modify, remove, or discontinue rank features at any time.

Chargebacks and Refunds

All payments made to XERA INC. (including shop packages and rank purchases) are non-refundable.

Initiating a chargeback will result in:

• Removal of your player account and associated data.
• Permanent ban from all XERA INC. services, including 8b8t.me, 6b6t.ca, and others.
• Possible legal action for fraud.

Legacy Console Edition (LCE)

Legal Notice

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and XERA INC. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all XERA INC. services, including but not limited to:

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Agreement

By joining or using any XERA INC. service, you agree to these Terms in full. Non-compliance may result in denial of access and/or legal consequences.
