Before We Begin

8b8t is a true anarchy Minecraft server with no gameplay rules, allowing players complete freedom to act as they choose within the bounds of law. There are no enforced server rules against griefing, hacking, chat spam, toxicity, or any other in-game behavior.

However, illegal activity or content that causes real-world harm is strictly prohibited under applicable laws and will be addressed as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), threats of violence, doxxing, swatting, or any form of exploitation.

8b8t upholds a strong free speech policy for legal discussions and expression. The lack of gameplay rules does not shield illegal content or actions from legal consequences.

Follow the Law

You must comply with all applicable laws of the United States, Canada, and your country of residence. Any illegal activity on or through our services will not be tolerated and may be reported to authorities as required by law.

Zero-Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

8b8t has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Images, videos, text, descriptions, links, or references to child sexual exploitation.
  • Illegal maparts, signs, books, chat messages, inventory/ender chest items, or any other server medium containing or linking to such material.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any preparatory activity related to child exploitation.

Prohibited Actions Related to CSAM

  • Uploading, storing, linking to, sharing, discussing in detail, or possessing CSAM in any form on the server.
  • Sending links, private messages, or content containing or referencing CSAM.
  • Attempting to report suspected CSAM to staff by sharing, screenshotting, describing in detail, or uploading the material itself.

Reporting Suspected CSAM – Do NOT Contact Staff

If you encounter suspected CSAM:

  • Do not interact with, view repeatedly, save, screenshot, share, or forward the content.
  • Do not send it to 8b8t staff, post about it in chat, or report it through server/Discord/Telegram channels (this could expose staff to illegal material and create liability).
  • Immediately report it directly to the appropriate authorities for professional handling:
    • In the United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline – https://report.cybertip.org/ (anonymous reporting available).
    • In Canada: Canadian Centre for Child Protection Cybertip.ca – https://www.cybertip.ca/.
    • Your local law enforcement if in another jurisdiction.

Staff Policy on CSAM

8b8t staff and administrators will not view, investigate, analyze, store, or handle suspected CSAM content. Any attempt to send such material to staff (via reports, messages, links, etc.) will result in immediate permanent ban and may be escalated directly to law enforcement without review by us.

This policy exists to comply with legal obligations, protect staff from harm, and ensure reports go to trained investigators and authorities.

Other Prohibited Illegal Activities

  • Sharing or linking to other illegal content (e.g., terrorism promotion, explicit threats).
  • Doxxing, swatting, making credible threats of real-world violence, or harassment that crosses into illegal territory.
  • Any exploitation or harm targeting minors.

Violations involving real-world harm or serious illegality may result in immediate restrictions, permanent denial of access, data/account removal, and/or reporting to authorities.

Server Integrity

You agree not to intentionally compromise server performance or security:

  • Attempting to lag, crash, or DDoS the server.
  • Sharing malware, using RATs, or hacked clients with disruptive remote tools.
  • Logging into compromised/stolen accounts or exploiting bugs to cause widespread disruption (may result in temporary/permanent restrictions).

User-Generated Content (UGC)

All chat, maparts, builds, and in-game content is user-generated. XERA INC./8b8t is not responsible for UGC created by players.

We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to act on material that violates laws or creates legal liability.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share.

General Terms

  • Access to the server, chat, or services may be denied temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without reason.
  • Ranks/perks may be removed for violations; no refunds will be issued.
  • XERA INC. may modify, remove, or cancel rank features at any time.

Chargebacks & Refunds

All payments to XERA INC. (via shop packages, ranks, etc.) are non-refundable.

Chargeback attempts will result in:

  • Removal of your player account and associated data.
  • Permanent ban from all XERA INC. services (including 8b8t.me, 6b6t.ca, etc.).
  • Possible legal action for fraud.

Legal Notice

These Terms constitute a binding agreement. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

These Terms apply to all XERA INC. services, including but not limited to:

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Final Statement

By joining or using any XERA INC. service, you agree to these Terms. Non-compliance may result in access denial and/or legal consequences.
