PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER ANY PASSWORD RESETS VIA EMAIL. Accounts need to be linked to your email address or Discord account for password resets. We will not respond to any emails asking for password resets. If you however have any issues attempting to reset your password please contact us.

Before reporting an issue, please note that only Minecraft version 1.21.11 is supported. Additionally, ensure that any hacked clients or mods are disabled before reporting issues, to ensure that they are not affecting your game installation.

If you need to make any legal inquires (such as reporting illegal content on the server, or any copyright claims) please send an email to [email protected]. Please note any false legal claims will be ignored.
